30 Day Paleo Challenge

We will begin our 30 day Paleo challenge on October 1st!!! This challenge is intended to help create smart, clean eating habits. There are variations of Paleo eating habits but the core is to eliminate processed foods. Participants will weigh-in and have BF Measurements taken prior to the start of the challenge. The winner will be the athlete who has lost the highest percent of bodyweight at the end of 30 days! Weigh-ins will then take place at the end of 30 days for final calculations!
