The best way to get a real sense of CrossFit or any fitness course is to stop by and take one of our Free Intro classes. Regardless of your skill and fitness level, we have a class for you.
Regional Training Center
The Solutions Group International (SGI) Regional Training Center is an 8,000 sq. ft. purpose built facility where Law Enforcement, EMS, Military, and Civilians can train together.
